What Does this ultrasound Scan Result Mean?

Pls am 7month pregnant went for scan today n this is my report. Single intrauterine
Fetal heart activity and fetal movement
Present
Presentatiom breech, lie longitudinal
Placenta anterio_fundal
Loquior volume adequate
FL= 5.26cm =28 W O

AC=24.57cm =28 W 6 D
Average Gestation 28 W 3 D

Hello, thanks for writing to HCM.
I will explain your ultrasound report -
- single fetus, lying longitudinally with respect to uterus(i.e in same direction as mothers spine)
-breech presentation: butt/feet down near the cervix.
-placenta: is attached along anterior wall & fundus of uterus(normal).
- liqour/amniotic fluid is adequate.
- the FL,AC are measurements of the baby:all correspond to your menstrual age.
It is an average gestation of 28 weeks 3 days by ultrasound.

Overall, nothing to worry. You may write in with any other doubts.
